What's Included in the Five Weeks of Self-Love Mini Course:

Week 1: "What You Seek is Seeking You." Start where you are

Start where you are now.
We're going to start off our five weeks by taking some time to slow down and explore our desires for change while learning to embrace and offer yourself TLC for where you are right now!
Remember saying by Rumi: "What you seek is seeking you"? We're going to be stepping into that energy on week one.

Well, oftentimes, it's not about changing ourselves, but about learning how to open yourself up to receive. The transformation you desire almost happens on its own after that. 🙂

Week 2: Embrace Your Body

Week two is about taking time to be present to and in your physical body. Here are some of the topics we'll explore in this module:

*What messages does your body have for you (our emotions are lodged in our bodies and yet we so often ignore what it has to tell us)?

*How can I offer my body love?

*Self-care for the body and forgiving "mistakes".  

*Nurturing your need for deeper relaxation and greater receptivity.

Week 3: Let go of habits that numb the pain and transform your self-love story

You have a story of love but also one of pain. The wounds often cause you to run away from or shut out love (love of others and self).

It's time to start embracing some of those wounds and recognize that it's time to grow!

As Anais Nin reminds us: "The day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom."

You're going to learn to embrace some of those more difficult feelings (slowly and gently), to focus on and seek higher guidance from your heart and to start entering int a dialogue with your higher self.

Your love-story will shift so that you can start to bloom!

Week 4: Love in Relationships

When you don't love yourself enough, you might try to get  someone else to love you or to convince you that you're love-able.

How do you love in relationships? Some of us are over-givers, others avoid or make ourselves invisible, some push, others pull.

Whatever your pattern, it's time for a reset and to focus in on what you need in terms of love.  Let's look at how you can start to let go of what's not serving you and sharing your gifts authentically from the heart.

Week 5: Self-Love Actions

What does self-love look like for me today?

Mother Teresa said that we can "do small things with GREAT LOVE". The same principle applies to you as you move forward and take loving action to integrate all you've learned over the past five weeks.

Self-love can be experienced and expressed in a multitude of forms. We're going to have FUN exploring and cultivating different self-love practices in your concrete, day to day life.

As you continue to incorporate self-love practices into your daily life, amazing changes will occur and you'll start to gain traction and move towards your life goals.
